CGT Rocket X Racer is a free-to-play style HTML5 / Web runner game (and may later include related apps). It is provided for entertainment. Nothing in the Service is professional advice of any kind.
Fictional in-game elements—including motifs such as “market-bear” or similar satire—are not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Do not make real-world money decisions based on game content.
2. No affiliation with automotive brands
The Service is an original entertainment product with styling inspired by flying-car aesthetics. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer. We do not use Tesla or Roadster trademarks. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the game or site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser. Features, playable URLs, and version numbers (including trial hosts such as *.pages.dev) may change or be withdrawn without notice.
4. Third-party hosting and external links
Marketing pages and game builds may be served by third-party hosts (for example Cloudflare or GitHub Pages). External or preview links are outside our full control. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, content, or privacy practices. Use those services under their own terms.
5. Geographic limits
The Service is not offered in mainland China or in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or embargo restrictions. Access from those areas may be blocked. You are responsible for lawful use where you are located.
