1. What this notice covers

This Cookie Notice explains how the Service uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on your browser or device. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Current practice (marketing site and web playable)

As of the date above, we aim to use only strictly necessary technical cookies and/or local storage required to deliver pages, remember basic client-side game or UI state, and keep the Service secure and reliable.

We do not currently operate a third-party advertising cookie stack or cross-site behavioral tracking on the primary marketing site. If that changes, we will update this Notice and, where required, request consent.

3. Categories we may use

Strictly necessary

Load balancing, CDN, or security tokens set by hosting providers (e.g. Cloudflare);
Session or preference keys in cookies or localStorage / sessionStorage so the game or site can function.

Functional (if introduced)

Remembering language or UI choices (the site is English-only today);
Sign-in session cookies if Apple / Google / web accounts are enabled.

Analytics or advertising (not active by default)

If we later add analytics (e.g. privacy-respecting product metrics) or ads, we will describe them here and follow applicable consent rules (including ePrivacy / GDPR where relevant).

4. Hosting and third parties

Infrastructure providers that deliver the Service may set their own necessary cookies. Playable builds hosted on domains such as *.pages.dev may follow that host’s defaults in addition to this Notice. Apple and Google may set cookies or similar technologies when you use their sign-in flows, under their own policies.

5. How to control cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may break gameplay or login. Device and browser settings are the primary control while we use only necessary technologies.

6. Territory

The Service is not offered in mainland China or other specially restricted / sanctioned jurisdictions. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
